Gorgeous bathroom condo in Silver Lake! This is such a beautiful home. SQ FT, very spacious and open. Private patio out back. Our own bedroom with built in storage. There is central AC, a in unit washer and dryer, and all modern amenities. Water and patio care is covered. Wifi is only $/mo each and utilities from LADWP are paid every other month and range from about $ depending on weather. Street parking outside is always available. Only 1 mile from the silver lake reservoir, .5 miles from whole foods and cvs. Super clean and quiet neighborhood. I do have 1 dog that lives with me, he’s very sweet and friendly. I work from home and attend school twice a week at night. Looking for someone to enjoy this gorgeous house! I’ve already been here years. The photos of the empty room is the room available.
