Street parking. The living-room is super spacious and has great lighting. Backyard furniture and hammock with ambiance lighs. I am looking for a clean, dependable roommate who preferably works out of the home. No pets. Deposit required. Month to month basis or short term lease option available. Our neighborhood has a great pool and a walking path, as well as a basketball court. Taco and coffee trucks with a convenience store in the neighborhood!
