Hi! I’m a young professional moving to Sydney for years, looking for a friendly sharehouse near the CBD — ideally within min walk or bike from Liverpool St, and close to T1 train line (Central, Redfern, etc.) for easy access to St Marys.

- Private room (ensuite if possible)
- Budget: up to $/week
- Sociable but independent
- Prefer local, lively areas (Surry Hills, Redfern, Chippendale...)

I’m clean, respectful, and enjoy shared dinners or a drink, but also value quiet time. No car, so public transport access is important.
