We are three chill progressive mature musician/entrepreneurial creative types and the vibe is congenial cooperative and welcoming.

Really large space with two great bright living rooms, breakfast nook and big kitchen with tons of outside decks and tables. Serene and relaxing with amazing light and comfortable space. Courtesy guitar included!

Amenities include laundry, music space and workshop with tools, woodworking, silver smithing, and maker stuff. Welcoming folks who are new to Boulder and Colorado and I've put together a modest list of attractions and restaurants that I think are cool in this great town.
