Single family house with plenty of street parking in a nice neighborhood near LAX, Sofi Stadium, Forum. DTLA is miles away. UCLA miles, USC miles, West Hollywood miles. —— Weed friendly home, cigs outside.
We do have outdoor cats that come in time to time but they stay on the other side of the house in my area. (Proof of income & background check will be done)
