Hi! My name is Ollie, and my boyfriend Sean and I are looking for a roommate. We have a townhome on the west side of Fort Collins. Security deposit due with first months rent. Rent is a flat fee that covers all utilities and internet. C We have 2 cats who are very friendly but because of that we don’t have room for any more animals. The room does come fully furnished with furniture we don’t plan on moving out. Sean and I both work full time. We tend to work evenings during the week and we work every day of the weekend.
