Looking For roomie at The Monterra

I currently live in a one bed on bath at the monterra, and I would like to transfer into a two bed with a roomie. I am cool with either floorplan pictured, and since I already live in the complex I have a good idea regarding utility costs and the general vibe of the community. We have ATT Fiber here and I will be able to take care of transferring my utilities. I have one cat who does not like other animals very much, so ideally you wouldn’t have any pets of your own. I am a
year old fulltime professional (work in finance and do some video production on the side) and would prefer someone near my age. I am pretty liberal and open-minded, and am only willing to room with others who are as well. I keep my space incredibly clean, and I have a good amount of furniture, appliances, etc to contribute. If you are a hoarder or unable to keep common areas cleanly, ESPECIALLY dishes, this will not work. In my free time, I’m an avid gamer, thrifter, and enjoy hiking/nature/cinema. I am sober (minus the vape) but don’t mind if you aren’t.
