Hi! I’m looking for one roommate to share a 2-bedroom place in Taylorsville. Rent is $/month, split evenly ($ each), and all utilities are included except electricity, which we’d also split. The lease is month-to-month, so it’s flexible.

Pet-friendly home (I have a friendly dog and cats!) everything is furnished minus the bedroom

I’m , work during the week, and usually keep things pretty chill. I love music and occasionally have my partner over. I’m clean, respectful, and I make sure my pets are too!

🙌 Looking for:
Someone years old, who’s clean, respectful of animals and shared spaces, and open to being friendly roommates. It’d be great if you're responsible and can help out around the house. Bonus if you’re also looking for a peaceful living situation, not a party house. NO SMOKING CIGS
