The apartment complex has only 6 units; therefore, there's not much foot traffic going on. There's only street parking in front. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Laundromat is within the complex for $/ load. The front patio area is tastefully landscaped and maintained. There's a tented fly and other insect-proof white canopy for business use, dining, or sitting. A side entrance to the Backyard garden for sunning, gardening, or relaxing. Sunnyvale is where Silicon Valley's original there haven't been any reports of crime on our street.
