Female roommate, ABP, NW Austin

For immediate move-in. New bedroom carpet installed! I'm looking for a female roommate who will occupy my spare bedroom with private bathroom. Rent includes payment of the utilities (electricity, water, gas and Wi-Fi). An apartment sized fridge, kitchen cupboard/cabinet and stand-alone food pantries are provided. You furnish/provide/bring your own bed. Kitchen and living room area are shared. The house is a 3-bedroom domicile in northwest Austin (N Mopac, W. Parmer Lane area), in a quiet and established neighborhood close to The Domain. I'm pretty laid back and easy to talk to. I don't have any vices, nor do I have overnight guests or parties at my house. Since I already have 2 small dogs (dachshund), I'm looking for someone without pets (non-negotiable). If you are friendly and can clean up after yourself, you might be my next roommate!
