Currently looking for a third roommate as one is about to move out soon. We are both chill and laidback. One is in school and works. The other is a banker so our schedules vary. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household. Just looking for someone that is reliable, clean and respectful. This listing is for a one year lease. The rent includes WiFi and Con Ed. The available room is close to the exit and hopefully your future bedroom. No smoking/ no pets household. The pictures do not depict what the apartment looks like currently.
