Utilities are included in the rent. I have a bath and will be renting out a room along with the bathroom. Only coffee table will be in the room. Everything else in the pics has been taken out. I will need a copy of your registration so you may have a parking decal. Otherwise there is guest parking available fourteen days out of the month. I have two dogs that will be kept up. Prefer someone who is lowkey and will mostly be busy working. No pets unfortunately as I have 2 dogs already but we can negotiate if this is a deal breaker.
