Light, water, WiFi, HOA all included in price. You pay one price. Laundry facilities upstairs so no need to trek down the stairs to do laundry. Myself and another woman live in the house. We are very clean, respectful and trustworthy, but for your convenience and peace of mind, you will have a key to your door to lock when you leave the house.

Because we are women, I have cameras at front entrance, back entrance and hallways in the house for extra safety precautions. Parking in guest spots of parking lot. Community pool, gym and walking trail access. **No access to full kitchen** BUT tall (life size) mini fridge and microwave provided. Can provide an electric cooker if needed. No pets in the home, no pets allowed. friendly, but only outside. NO cigarette smokers. Flowerbed in front of house, beautiful lake in back. Located near everything!!!!
