Hello everyone!
I have a studio lease at Park Place Tempe for this summer, available from May to August.

Fully furnished studio with a private bathroom, closet, full-size bed, desk, chair, two sets of drawers and nightstand, kitchen is equipped with microwave, cooktop, oven, fridge, freezer, couch, TV, and in-unit full-size laundry (W/D).


utility bill: around twenty/month


Just ten min walk from campus, Mars bus stop near the leasing office, 6 min walk to the nearest metro stop, with lots of restaurants and cafes within a walking distance. It is a quite and peaceful area most of the time.
