Double bedroom in SW London

We’re two close friends (both in our early s) from New Zealand, currently looking for a third female flatmate to join us in our lovely flat in Raynes Park (SWPA). Unfortunately, our dear friend had to move back home, so we’re excited to find a new flatmate to make this place feel even more like home!

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐭:
- Very spacious with lots of storage space.
- Fully furnished with three bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms.
- The room available is a double, and you’ll primarily share the bathroom upstairs with me (it’s right next to your bedroom!). The double bedroom is an absolute gem and comes furnished with a bed, cupboard, desk, chair, side table, and a tall set of drawers. There's also plenty of additional storage space for suitcases, etc. Lots of natural sunlight and a cozy atmosphere, especially in winter!

Rent is £/month (excl. bills) and move in date is beginning-mid April but can be flex.

- Just a 5-min walk from Raynes Park train station (SWR). Wimbledon is one stop away and its a -min ride to Waterloo.
- Multiple bus stops within a -min walk, connecting you to most areas in the city.
- 2-min from Waitrose and Co-op, 7-min from Sainsbury's Local, and -min to Tesco Extra.
- 5-min walk to both Snap Fitness and Anytime Fitness gyms.
- min walk to takeaways, cafes, restaurants, and a few pubs when you want to unwind after work/on weekends!
