Hi there! I'm looking for a responsible, easygoing roommate to share my -bathroom apartment with a balcony in Amalfi by Living Santa Monica. Male of Female ok. This is an amazing location—just blocks from the beach and Santa Monica Pier, on the corner of Broadway & 6th St., and three blocks from the 3rd Street Promenade, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and bars. Joe's Pizza, Target, Trader Joes, etc...

About Me:
I’m a Spanish teacher in my mid-s, low-key and easy to get along with. My schedule is pretty structured—I’m up at AM and usually in bed by PM. I rarely have guests over and like to keep things peaceful at home. I also play the guitar in my free time. I have a hypo-allergenic and shed-free dog, so you must be OK with dogs. I am currently teaching remotely until our school opens the temp . I teach at Palisades Charter HS. We expect to return to in-person learning around April th.
