👥 About the Roommates:
You’ll be living with me and my partner, along with our small, friendly Havanese dog. We moved to Cape Coral from New York two years ago and enjoy a peaceful, clean, and welcoming home. We love cooking, watching movies/shows, spending time outdoors, and enjoying game nights—but we are pretty quiet during the weekdays.

We’re looking for one responsible tenant who is clean, considerate, and has a steady job or an active routine outside the home. No overnight guests, no smoking, and no excessive noise.
