Looking 4 room w/private bathroom

Single, widowed, mom looking to rent room w/private bathroom for my daughter and I. We also have 1 cat. Clean, organized, quiet, respectful. Busy with work, school, and church. I am currently a property manager where I live but would like to get out of this line of work… u can ask why, lol! I also work my regular M-F job. Am looking for a place in Whittier or La Mirada to rent out for the next two years until my daughter finishes school.
