Looking for someone to take over my lease from Early May to July at GrandMarc at The Corner.
Private room with a private bathroom in a 4-bedroom apartment.
Currently, only 1 other male plans to live here over the summer, and it's unlikely that the other 2 rooms will be occupied
If multiple people want to live in this apartment together, let me know and my other two roommates would be willing to sublet as well.
Fully equipped kitchen.
In-unit washer & dryer
Apartment complex includes a pool, hot tub, study rooms, a fully equipped fitness center, TV lounge.
Rent: $/month (negotiable)
Parking in the garage is optional and /mo.
The room I'm offering is the bottom left one in the layout photo attached, and is on the 5th floor with a balcony.
