I have a lightly furnished 1-bedroom available for rent in my home in Katy, Mason Center. The area is quiet, with plenty of parking and a variety of shops just a -minute walk away. The house is conveniently located off Grand Pkwy Frontage Rd, with easy access to S. Mason Rd., Kingsland Blvd., and Highland Knolls Dr. The room includes a bed, nightstands, TV, Wi-Fi, and utilities. The room can also be unfurnished if necessary. My new roommate will have access to shared spaces, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, washer & dryer, backyard, and front lounging areas. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who plans to stay at least 6 months and is comfortable around dogs. Would prefer to have female roommates.
