It is a ten-minute walk to Riverside Park (with multiple free recreation facilities, such as tennis courts, pickleball, skate rinks, and soccer fields) and a fifteen-minute walk to Central Park.
The 1 subway line is literally one minute away. Various buses are on the block with ten minutes to Lincoln Center and fifteen minutes to Midtown. The area offers a direct bus to LaGuardia Airport (free of charge with a subway ). Ten minutes by car to West Side Highway.
There are no extra charges; electricity, Internet, and TV for streaming (no cable) are included.
The rental is month-to-month with an easy application process and a minimum lease term of three months. No broker fees.
I am a white professional male who travels extensively and may be away two-thirds of the time.
