Each private room has a coded door for your own security. The currently available room is about feet and is for a male only. Shared spaces in the home include: Bathrooms, Kitchen (with fridges), Dining, & Family Room with piano! Off-street parking is available. Large backyard to enjoy as well as a garden and three decks! The current tenants are polite and generally quiet. This is a community, not just a room rental – thus all residents gather for a business/social meeting once per month. Housemates must be “clean” (no drugs, no smoking or vaping).
