He needs some help and emotional support so I have decided to move in with him to help him out. I am looking for someone to take over as soon as it's convenient for you. In total the rent is about /month at the Harper. Bottom floor and parking is literally steps away from my back door. The lease is up beginning of October with the option to renew.
