New Listing - Two Bedrooms

Hi, my name is Rebecca, a mature easy-going active female. I'm looking for a professional person who requires two bedrooms, one to use as an office or for a child for the occasional sleepover. I have a 3 bedroom townhouse in a quiet street, backing on to beautiful gardens and a 5 minute walk to Kendalls Beach. The master bedroom is northfacing with glass sliding doors and a small balcony, built in wardrobes and fitted carpet. Next to it is a smaller bedroom, (facing north with lots of light) with a built in cupboard/wardrobe. This is not my primary residence as I still work in Sydney so you would have the place to yourself most of the time. I use the garage to store things but there would be room for a bike and surfboard. The garage also has a shower and toilet to use post beach visits. There is also a place for younger guests to sleep over on occasion if required.
I haven't used a platform like this before so I'm going to put details here which should probably be somewhere else but the options don't quite fit. Due to the fact that I will not be there very often, particularly in winter) the electricity will be extra as well as the internet. You will be required to furnish the two rooms you use. Currently it is partly furnished, no dining suite yet so I am open to potentially letting you bring stuff with you if it works in with the townhouse.
There isn't an ensuite but a main bathroom with separate toilet; a powder room at the front door and a third toilet and shower in the laundry down in the garage. I will be setting the garage up so it is an extra space to hang out in, (it has a kitchenette), thereby giving you even more privacy if required, when I am in residence.
There is off-street parking.
So if you wanted a house to yourself but can't quite afford it, this may well be the next best thing.
Open to a cat or dog as long as the dog doesn't bark at the drop of a hat!
