Looking for a roommate to share

I’m looking for a roommate to share a bathroom apartment in Miami Beach Collins Avenue and th street. Preferably female, long-term. The building has parking and gym, pool Jacuzzi, laundry. The room is per month + security deposit. I work on yachts and travel a lot. I also have a cat ( in case of allergies). Very good location close to everything I’ve lived in the building for years. Looking for nice respectful person to share this apartment with. thank you very much in advance.
