Looking for sublease until July

Hey, I am looking for someone to lease my room from March till July. I do not mind any gender renting the apartment. Utilities is included (wifi, water and gas). You also are given a parking spot to park your vehicle. The building has 3 floors and Laundry room is available at the ground floor. A queen bed and study table is included in the room too! The apartment is available immediately if you want to move in.Bramble Oak Apartments are located near ISU's campus and within walking distance to Hy-Vee grocery. These apartments include all utilities with rent. Each apartment has free internet. Laundry facilities are on . Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each bedroom gets its own parking space.
