• Great deck off the back.
• Storage in the attached garage.
• Plenty of parking.
• Quiet neighborhood with awesome neighbors.

We have temp bedroom furniture if helpful.

Avalee is in education for special needs kids.
Val is in marketing.

We have 3 cats total, and hope you love kitties, but perhaps don’t have any of your own, as 3 is plenty.


We are nonsmokers, and not big drinkers. Overnight guests are rare and more likely to be girls (my sister or Avalee’s friends).

We’re super tidy, self-aware, and considerate.
