Finished basement with its own private bathroom for rent. The home is located in West Arvada in a nice neighborhood with Westwoods Golf Course in walking distance. The home is shared with myself and my two dogs. Needless to say, you must be fine with dogs.

About me:
Homeowner and IT professional who works % from home. I enjoy playing my videos and usually keeps to himself. I enjoy going on walks and hikes with my dogs and going on motorcycle rides when the weather permits.


About the house:
Plenty of living space on the main floor with two living rooms, a deck with a gazebo in the backyard, full kitchen, BBQ and smoker, and if you are a coffee drinker, coffee is made daily. Garage space is included as well.

Specifics:
Rent is a flat a month, utilities ARE included.
No need for a security deposit or what not. Garage space is available and include for a sedan. Let me know if you’re interested and we can set up a time to introduce one another. friendly but not inside. The basement will be unfurnished unless you need something then we can work something out.

What I’m looking for is for in you:
Generally, a stable/responsible adult. Someone who will pick up after themselves and respect the common areas of the house. Transparency is a plus. I expect you to maintain the rooms and clean the bathroom within reason. No, I won’t randomly drop in and check. We are all adults and can keep a level or responsibility and trust with one another.
