Couple + Cat ISO Rental

Hi! My partner Pancho and I are looking to rent a place in or around LA (preferably North Hollywood but open to other areas near Hollywood) with a budget of $. I’m currently staying with family in Hollywood until the end of January and would like to stay close to this area, but I’m flexible. Pancho is currently in Hawaii and will be joining me by the end of January(he travels to Hawaii periodically)

We’re hoping to find a pet-friendly space with a private bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and no carpet, if possible. We also have a cat, Goody, who is well-behaved, litter trained, and shy around new places and people. He’s loved by everyone who meets him!

A little about us: I currently drive delivery for Uber Eats and am applying for additional sources of income. Pancho also drives for Uber Eats, runs a screen-printing business in Hawaii, and is a DJ and music producer. We’re respectful, easygoing, communicative, and clean. We’re into holistic health and wellness (I hope to pursue a career in this field), prioritize non-toxic living (e.g., no synthetic fragrances or harsh cleaners), and enjoy activities like mixing music, flow props (poi, staff, etc.), playing video games, hiking, spirituality, and connecting with like-minded people.
