Private room for rent

Description

This is housing right by MSU campus with 4 rooms, a bathroom upstairs and downstairs, nice porch. I am trying to sublease my room until August and rent is usually , but I need to find someone asap so I’m happy to negotiate the price. I will leave my bed w/mattress and a/c unit to be used in the summer. The room is spacious with a big closet, it’s a 5 minute walk to campus! I am January rent so first month would be free! My roommate is also trying to sublease so if you and a friend are trying to find a place then that would also work. Reach out if interested I am happy to answer questions and give a tour!!
