Apartment next to BSU

My name is Devon. I am years old and I am a student and staff at Boise State University. I'm am very easy going and keep mostly to myself, and spend most of my time at the University most days. I'm looking for someone to be my roommate at my apartment located next to Boise State. It has most amenities included (no dishwasher and laundry is in a coin-operated communal part of the building). I'd prefer that my roommate is a BSU student so that they can take advantage of the close proximity to campus, but at the very least I would like them to be around my age. I want them to be respectful, neat and tidy, and prompt with their share of the rent. I'll cover all the utilities and most of the rent, so the roommate will only need to pay $/month.
