We're across the street from Mueller and one of the best farmers markets in Austin every Sunday. The house is also a frisbee throw away from a park with baseball, basketball, tennis courts, skate park and a community garden. Close to North Loop and east side fun.

The Room: rooms in the house - a sunny room with two windows and closet. Shared bathroom with other female housemate. $- in bills every month.

Looking for someone to commit to a full year or longer ideally.

The House: Huge two living room, , limited garage and full attic for storage, hardwood floors and hard wood trim, with a great kitchen, awesome 5 burner gas stove for your every cooking dream, washer and dryer, dining room, huge fenced in backyard with 4 raised beds and bike hutch, the list goes on. This place is a gem, central to everywhere. The house pretty much comes fully furnished. WE GOT POTS! WE GOT PANS! CUTLERY! You name it:) All that to say - you're walking into a pretty sweet set up and we're not looking for someone who has a lot of stuff because we got it covered:) However, there will definitely be some storage space available to you in the garage, more in the attic if needed and in your room but just want to set the expectations up front.
