Room plus bathroom in spacious, sunny apartment a close walk to Bedford-Nostrand train. Apartment is furnished but room is not. Bedroom has large window and closet and can fit a full bed with space to spare or a queen bed more snugly, but the apartment itself is a full floor and you can add furniture outside the room. You’d have your own v nice bathroom (full bath). My room is at the opposite of the house - no shared walls! I’m a friendly writer / UX content designer and comedian who mostly works from home. Looking for a kind and reasonably tidy roommate. Prefer women and queer folks.
