Room In BA. Great location!!!

Hey there! I'm currently looking for a new roommate to share this awesome BA apartment with in Bradenton, as my roommate of 4 years is onto bigger and better things. This unit is in a great location. Easily accessible to everything on US minutes away from downtown, and the complex is very nice. Off street parking. Fitness center and pool (a ft. deep pool!) are in the complex as well! I've lived here for the past year, and I LOVE this place. I'm sure you will too. It's so nice just being minutes away from anything you need!!!

The room will be available . Rent is $, plus a monthly utility fee of $ which includes water and trash pickup, as well as a bogus service fee of $/month total), as well as internet and electric. You would be on the lease. This would be ½ your apartment! No renting a room and having to deal with someone else's rules! (Yeah, sounds much better, right?!)

There's also a W/D in unit, which is in the available room. I would have to go in there to do my laundry, but would do that when it is convenient, rather than getting all up in your space.

A little about myself:

I work Full-Time days M-F (I work in healthcare) and have weekends off. I'm very laid back, friendly, I also don't care if you drink, just don't get hammered all the time at the house please.
I'm straight. I don't care how you swing. I also don't care if you're M or F.
I have all kitchen supplies and furnishings, so if you don't that's no big deal. If you do, I'd be more than happy to make some room for them 🙂.

A little about you:

You must have a full-time job, as the landlord company requires that you make 3x more than monthly rent (which would be $/month, $ bi-weekly take home) Please be a responsible adult. That's all.
