Need someone to take over lease

Hi, I am looking to transfer my lease for an furnished 4 bedroom-two bathroom apartment at University Meadows for the spring to someone who is preferably male. Place is next to UMSL but you don't have to be a student to live there. Rent is $ a month and will be living with three other roommates. Looking to move out by the first week of January but can be later as well, however before the start of the new semester is preferred. Contact University Meadows office and let them know you are interested in taking over Brandon Partain's lease in January!
