I am looking to rent out a room in a new build in Arvada. Construction is set to finish on January 3rd, and the living room/kitchen should be mostly furnished by the move in date. It’s located in an up and coming neighborhood with nearby grocery stores, gas, food, and even a food hall! You will have your own bathroom right next to your bedroom, as well as another bathroom in the kitchen. There is also a two car garage and lots of space for storage.
