I've got a room to rent out in Portola Springs, Irvine. It's a super nice -bathroom detached condo with a yard. The room I'm renting is a B on the first floor, and it's kinda on its own side, while the other bedrooms are upstairs.

This room has its own private bathroom, so you'll have a lot of privacy. The rent is gonna cover all of the utility and internet .You can just pack your bags and move right in! And if you're looking to stay long-term, I can give you a better price.

The neighborhood here is great! There are swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts.You can move in anytime after January 1st.

I don't mind if you're a guy or a girl. But no smoking, no pets, and no wild parties or bringing random people home. Just keep the place and the area you use clean.
