With three additional shopping centers less than a mile and a half away. The room has its own sliding glass door that must be locked from the inside, and it is available for the listed price with same as security deposit, plus half utilities and half internet fees if you want access; you will have completely equal roommate privileges. I have a dog (half Dalmatian-half Border Collie) so you must be pet friendly and I am four-twenty and vape friendly but no cigarettes. Utilities are usually no more than a hundred total per month, and I pay one twenty per month for fivee hundred mbps high speed streamer internet package. Both of which you’d pay half of. With internet being optional.
