I am looking for single roommate to share a large 4B/2B home with a fence and utilities included.

Room will be available starting mid-late December and until July/August 2025

I am offering 1b/1b for $900.

I live by Rigby's and I am well placed by all the surrounding shopping and food. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I am also offering an additional room at a special rate if you need an office or just a gaming room.

I'm a pretty chill person, a bit introverted and a homebody, I do a lot of housework to keep me busy but I also have a lot of hobbies like powerlifting, 3D printing custom models, and a lot of gaming (video and board games). As long as you are respectful and clean I think we would be cool.
