Private ground-floor room, bathroom, patio, and garage parking space in a large 2-bedroom townhouse. Office area available for your use, along with shared use of the whole house and property. The other bedroom is on the third floor so there’s plenty of privacy.

1 block from the beach, 3 blocks from downtown Huntington Beach, in an upscale secure gated community with a community pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills. There’s a big open space right in front of the available bedroom and patio. Additional parking is available for an annual fee.

I have a dresser and bed frame available if you can use them, but otherwise the room is unfurnished. The rest of the house is furnished (including my washer, dryer, and fridge) but if you have your own stuff I’d be open to putting some of my stuff in storage. Furniture and clutter shown in pictures are from the previous occupant… I’ll update when my current roommate is out!
