almost own apartment, spacious

Hi everyone. I am renting out a part of my apartment, from February/march to end of June (dates to be discussed and with possibility to prolong) It includes a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room, and a balcony. The kitchen (also spacious) and the entrance hall would be shared. it is all furnished and well equipped. The flat is in Carolinas Bajas. I am the only flatmate and I have my own unit on the other side of the hall. So you would almost have the space and privacy of an apartment but also a flatmate. I am and speak spanish, german and english.
