My husband and I are renting our extra room for if you are a couple. Rent includes all utilities plus access to our in unit washer/dryer. We live in a quiet neighborhood and are close to shopping centers (target, Walmart, Chavez supermarket), freeways plus walking distance to the VTA light rail.
