One bedroom is furnished with queen bed, dresser nightstand and Roku TV. The second bedroom is unfurnished. Rent includes wifi Internet, utilities, use of kitchen, refrigerators (kitchen and garage) washer/dryer, central vacuum, grill/griddle, hot tub and fenced in backyard.

My dog Lester loves people, but we do not want any additional pets.

Terms will be discussed at an on- interview. My current renter and I agreed on a three-month with the option to move out if the situation did feel correct and comfortable for either
