🛋️ Fully Furnished Living Room: I am a new homeowner so it’s a bit empty outside of ‘necessary’ furniture. However, I love decorating and will be upgrading the home, ensuring a stylish and welcoming environment. I will be mounting a tv in the living room very soon.


🐾 Pet-Friendly: Meet Craig, my friendly cat! He’s fully vaccinated and groomed weekly, ready to be your furry roommate. I do not allow him on kitchen counters (No offense to those who do but... no).

🛏️ Flexible Furnishing Options: I have a free bed available for use, but you'll need to bring your own furniture and needs for everything else including the bathroom. If you need anything provided, let's negotiate!

🌳 Upcoming Outdoor Upgrades: Towards the summer, I’ll be adding a fence to create a great space for entertaining guests!

💨 Smoking Policy: I do allow smoking, but only in the garage. You can also smoke outside.

🛍️ Convenient Location: I’m only fifteen minutes away from the Douglasville peninsula, where you can find Arbor Mall, Target, and a variety of great food options. I’m also about forty minutes from Atlanta with traffic, so I’m not too far in Carroll County. The closest grocery store, Publix, is just 2 miles away!

The surrounding neighborhoods are filled with retirees and families, creating a peaceful and friendly atmosphere.
