Convenient space for college students and those who have an inner city job. All utilities included in rent, including internet. High speed fiber internet with ethernet connections for those who remotely work. Washer and dryer are right next to the private bathroom for easy access, bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and cabinet space for storage. Room has a window and a double door closet. It has it's own door into the house so you don't have to worry about when you leave or comeback. Next to the room is a den we use for board games, you can use it if you respect the space. We have a projector for a TV in the living room that you can use, it has a Roku stick. Kitchen is also ok for you to use, we have an air fryer and toaster but no microwave. Parking spot is right by the room door, also next to the backyard with lots of trees and birds. Smoking is ok but outside only. We have 2 cats so no dogs but another cat is fine, as long as its open to other cats and we appropriately introduce them. Room size ft, sqft
