I am a clean, kind, and professional software company leader working from home with an office space in my room.

I manage all on-time rent payments to the landlord and the utility costs with FPL. This is my second year living in this condo and I'm looking for a roommate that is respectful, responsible, and relatively social. I will respect if you prefer your privacy and I'm happy to hang out and socialize if you'd like. The furniture pictured in the bedroom will not be there when you move in. This is just a frame of reference for what will fit in the room if you choose to live here.
