LOOKING FOR LEASE TRANSFER!

Hii! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a bath apartment. There are two other girls living here one who recently graduated and one who is still in school. The apartment also has a cat! It comes fully furnished and the room has a private balcony. Rent is $/month and everything is included. There is a washer and dryer as well. It’s located in the heart of the plateau, with many stores in walking distance. It’s a 5 minute walk to Sherbrooke and minutes to St-Laurent metro. I’m looking for someone who can take over the lease starting January 1st with the option to renew in September. The landlord is super nice so if you have plans to leave for the summer you can sub-lease! Let me know if you have any questions :))
