Rent is due on the 1st of every month. You are responsible for your own care which includes food, drinks , hygienic products, etc. No messes left behind and communicate for all concerns. A clean and well kept home is a healthy home . Also a security deposit of $ is required upon move in. It will be refunded once the premises is restored to original condition at the end of the contract or move out. All utility bills are included in the rent of $ monthly.
