Hi, I'm looking to find a roommate to move into the second room of my house located off of New Easley Highway. About minutes from downtown Greenville, . It's a bath house with washer dryer in unit, new kitchen appliances, newly remodeled bathroom, driveway parking and a large yard with a fire pit. The room itself is with a large closet space.
A bit about me, I'm a year old Sous Chef (there will always be good food at home 😂), I spend most of my time outside of work either outdoors or relaxing with tv. I like to garden and had a small vegetable garden in the back yard this summer. I'm pretty relaxed and chill and looking for the same in a roommate. I'd prefer a roommate close to my age with similar interests, LGBT friendly is a must. I'm renting the room for $/month which includes all utilities.
