Looking for a furnished room to rent for me, my son and my cat. I'm friendly, no cigarettes, no drugs, no alcohol, years old, no friends to visit, prefer to keep to myself. My son is , no drugs, no cigarettes, no alcohol, prefers to keep to himself. My cat is years old and fixed, doesn't spray, will keep him in the room if needed. I don't drive, unfortunately.

I can pay up to $ with utilities included, $ if the utilities aren't included. I can also do light housework and cooking in exchange for some money off of the rent.

Ex bf is kicking us out because it just isn't working with the living situation as it is and he wants us out as soon as possible. I don't get paid again until Dec 1st. Son is on SSI, proof of income on hand, if needed. I also have references, if needed. Clean rental history, no evictions. Serious inquiries ONLY.
